Entrance exams for the basic doctoral program for 2026 admission at the H.M. Abdullaev Institute of Geology and Geophysics were conducted according to the established procedure.<\/p>\n

Examinations were organized in the following specialties:

\n\ud83d\udd39 04.00.02 – Geology, exploration and prospecting of solid mineral deposits. Metallogeny and geochemistry
\n\ud83d\udd39 04.00.03 – Geotectonics and Geodynamics. Petrology and lithology
\n\ud83d\udd39 04.00.06 – Geophysics. Geophysical methods of mineral exploration
\n\ud83d\udd39 04.00.08 – Mineralogy. Crystallography<\/p>\n

\ud83e\uddd1 \ud83d\udd2c During the examination process, applicants’ theoretical knowledge, scientific thinking skills, practical preparation, and potential for conducting research in their chosen field were evaluated.<\/p>\n
